Legal Assistance is available for persons 60 and older who need non-fee-generating, non-criminal legal assistance with simple wills, power of attorney, consumer assistance, Social Security and SSI (other than disability), Medicare, Medicaid, QMB, SLMB or health insurance issues. Law firm representatives visit all senior centers periodically and provide legal assistance and insurance counseling. No fee is charged for covered services, but donations are accepted and encouraged.
