ElderConnect is a statewide information and referral system providing trained professionals in each of the 13 Area Agencies on Aging who are there to educate seniors and caregivers about home and community based services available in their areas. The goal is to help seniors and caregivers make smart choices by providing information about what services are available in their communities.

Alabama Connect is a statewide database of organizations, which provide services to older adults, individuals with disabilities and their family members. This website is a combination of educational tools to help you assess your needs and find resources, educational information and news publications. Using our search tools you can look for the service providers in your area and contact them for information and assistance.

 Service providers of aging and long term care service in Alabama are encouraged to participate in this new system.  Inclusion in the database does not guarantee referrals nor will it constitute a recommendation or endorsement of any services.
